BOLWELL (1)

The Bolwell LM25W is almost invisble on the internet and has been farmed out to several other manufacturers, namely from Thailand as far as I can tell.

One variant may be this:

One forum poster was adamant that the Bolwell  LM25W is in fact this:

I scoured the net for any sign of this manufacturer and came up with zip. Bolwell were an Australian custom car manufacturer who designed and built cars in the 1960's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolwell that as far as I can tell have nothing to do with this scooter.

I found this manual http://www.scooterunderground.ca/knowledge/manuals/documents/SYM_RV250_Service_manual.pdf
for a scooter with same model name from a manufacturer called Sanyang which is most likely whatever this Bolwell LM25W thing is.

Anyway, if you're after a scooter, from the images available on the internet that come up when you search 'Bolwell'...let me just say there are far better examples out there.
I know it's very definitive but hopefully that helps. If anyone has any more accurate information, please add a comment.
